The hotel DUO - accommodation: features 650 Air-conditioned guestrooms including Suites in two wings. Furnishings and decor include rose-colored wood furniture, desks, chairs, tables, brass lamps, red carpeting, orange-patterned drapes, coffee/tea making facilities, and comforters. Bathrooms provide either a tub with handheld shower or a stall shower without tub.

The hotel has excellent congress and exhibition facilities, consisting of a large very well equipped Congress Hall for up to 350 participants and 5 meetings rooms for 10 to 65 participants. Catering is available in all facilities.
For individually travelled guests (FIT) hotel provides free entrance to the indoor swimming pool every morning until and 10:00 a.m.

Transportation information:

FROM HOTEL DUO TO PRAGUE CITY CENTRE: Underground Line C station “STRIZKOV” (across the road from the Hotel) to station "MUZEUM“. The journey takes about 10 minutes.

BY CAR: From direction Berlin- Dresden: Continue the highway until you see on your left side the 10 story high hotel DUO. If you coming from the direction Plzen, Brno and Vienna, follow the sign “Centrum” (center of Prague), and later look for the signs to Teplice, The next sign will be “Prosek”.

FROM PRAGUE AIRPORT RUZYNE: Take the Airport express bus leaving regularly from your arrival terminal to the railway and underground station Hlavní Nádraží. From there continue with Metro C line to the station STŘIŽKOV, just in front of Hotel DUO. The buss ticket for the Airport Express is Czk 45,- and the Metro ticket cost Czk 18,-(subject to change). This journey takes aprox 50 minutes.

BY TRAIN: Usually trains arriving to the Central Train Station (Hlavní Nádraží.) or to Holesovice Station. From there take the direct Metro line C to station STŘIŽKOV, just in front of Hotel DUO. (duration aprox. 8 minutes).

This applying also to the restaurants in spite of their different style and choice of menu all have one thing common quality. The á la carte restaurant “Gourmet” is well known for serving a wide variety of exquisite international food and best Czech cuisine and wines. It also has an unobtrusive music and personal service. The “Formanka” is a folkloric restaurant specializing in traditional rustic Czech cooking. New opened "Praha" Restaurant is breakfast room for individual guest. The “Galerie” restaurant caters for large groups.

The food matches the mood – from breakfast and luncheon inspired by local and international cuisine, to imaginative salads, snacks and home-baked cakes and patisserie. Our “Lobby Bar” and “Winter Garden” is the perfect meeting place for cocktails, aperitifs and after-dinner drinks.

During warm weather the outdoor “BeerGarden” serves Czech beers and a short list of excellent warm and cold food and pizzas.
